And the shark in me approved another mortgage deal!
This wasn't meant to go down the drain, as predicted by some.
The new mortgage rules imposed bt the Minister of Finance don't scare me. An underwriter telling " no" does not scare me. Perseverence, perseverence...
Maybe 10 yrs+ of doing Mortgages helps..maybe me being "mean" and contradicting the banks helps...maybe being diligent helps...maybe not giving up helps..maybe asking nicely helps...it doesn't even matter. What it matters is that I did not let down my clients!
"Fought" with the lender for couple of days, but I did it! I was right, and my clients are happy now. Feels good... yes, feels good...in top of it, I got a nice compliment from the banks's Regional Sales Manager ...ahhhhh...sweet..
